HIGHLIGHTS

Dynamic movement program for ages 5+

The Parkour Program offers a safe introduction to the fundamentals of parkour and free running. Participants explore parkour, obstacle training, tumbling and freestyle dynamic movement while building agility, strength, speed, and confidence.

The curriculum is designed based upon International Gymnastics Federation Program to help each child build confidence as they master each progression and skill.

Beginners: for children with little or no experience in gymnastics or parkour.

Intermediate: for children with some gymnastics or parkour experience who can perform certain skills.

Advanced: for children who can perform advanced skills, and display a high level of strength, speed and agility.

5 -7 / 8 – 10 / 10 – 14

A low student-to-teacher ratio of 8:1 makes sure each participant gets individual attention.

We set apropriate goals and we take your child’s safety very seriously. In a sport like gymnastics, safety measures are absolutely paramount and should be followed by all participants.

Orion Gymnastics has highly qualified and well-trained coaches that inspire participants to achieve their goals.

FOUNDATION SPORT

Gymnastics/Parkour teaches children a range of core skills, setting the foundations for learning more advanced skills.

Valid from September 1st to August 31st of each year.

Participants are grouped by age and ability and progress through our skills-based program.

You will be safely introduced to the basic movements of Parkour and free running while naturally building strength, speed, stamina and balance in a safe environment.

Classes are structures and follow the International Gymnastics Federation Program for Parkour.

You will learn landings, vaulting, climbing, rolling, flow, tumbling, bars, wall tricks, and games.

 

 

Minimum age: 5

Uniform: shorts and t-shirt.

Assessment to be scheduled before enrollment to establish level and class placement.

This is a child only class: parents are invited to remain in the waiting area during their child’s class time.
